In my haste to flood my pantry with canned goods last Friday...........
I apparently pulled some muscles in my lower back and waist area.............Nothing fun.
I am shuffling around the house in my blue fluffy slippers and matching sweats. My Ponytail is flung to the side and I gritting my teeth as I shuffle along.
Yes, my shelves are stocked with canned goods. But I paid the price. This is day 2 and I am not a great patient.
Take time to rest. That's the recommendation , Ice/Heat/ Ibuprofen ( Which I can't take ) .
Is that some kind of cruel joke?????? Anyone knows what the Laundry looks like when you take time to rest!
My Sweet husband did all my dishes for me yesterday and I had made quite a mess preparing a pork roast.
I have plenty of books I got for Christmas , I started reading Sarah Palins new book and was kept painfully amused until the 2nd Chapter. My Beverly Lewis books I don't want to waste a good book while I am in this pain.
It seems so unnatural for me to have the remote in my hand and my feet up.....Something just not right with that picture.
But ........Here I am posting to all of you my current inconvenient injury....I must not feel too bad if I can do that ..... I felt a bit of relief last evening and hoping that today will be the day that this just goes away !
Whoo Hoo...... I have too much to do.

Poor you! I have had to use one of those back massager machines in the past so I sympathize!

Hi sweet friend, So sorry to hear about your back; I'm praying for you gal. I've had back problems, on and off, and I know what a Pain it can be. If you must do chores, be careful how you bend and lift-you don't want to do more damage. Hugs to you today.

Feeling improved as the day goes on just moving slowly....which is a pace I don't really do so well.
The first chapter I throughly enjoyed. I actually laughed out loud a few times.

GG, oh my goodness. I am sorry that you hurt your back. Take care and relax. I know what you mean about not feeling like you should be laying back..it's hard for us ladies to do.
Funny thing is, it's all there when you get better and the world doesn't self destruct..lol.
