Treasures ......

My Sweet husband made this lovely
little "buffet" table for me a couple of
years ago and I just love it .

It is such a simple little piece. But it can serve so many functions.

It has resided in many different rooms of the house . I love it very much.

My husband often surprises me with things that he has made that he knows that I will love. He always knows just what to give me.

I think he is pretty incredible. He was hand-picked for me from our Lord. I think he is quite awesome
and after all these years I am still
pretty smitten with him.

Awww, that is so sweet. What a great job he did. Especially the one of "picking you". Way to go!

I wonder... Is there such a thing as a "Proverbs 31" husband?
I know well the blessing of having a Godly husband Grammy. Such things I know neither you nor I take for granted. Very pretty 'treasure' he made for you.

He did do such a nice job. He is very thoughtful of me. Even in the very littest of daily things.

Praise God for the wonderful Godly husbands we have been given. I'm sure there have been times I have not be thoughtful, loving or considerate. But, I thank the Lord that we are quick to forgive each other and have been best friends for going on 31 years.

Your post is timely, GG! I was just reflecting this evening how incredibly amazing my Darling Husbie is; how awesome the Lord is to have made this man so perfect for me; and to have blessed me with a love so incredibly powerful it doesn't seem real sometimes.

Shouting out loud my praise to the Lord; giving thanks for my husband!!

And...while the woodwork is absolutely beautiful ~ I do believe 'you' are the treasure in your husband's life.

Hugs and love, Dear One.

Hi GG, thank you so much for the sweet comments, I appreciate you so much, it really blesses me. You know, about husbands, God did the same for me...He handpicked mine, it wasn't always easy, but after 37 years we are a perfect match!
Love the buffet he made, how nice that he's handy and willing to do these things!
Blessings,
Debra

Your hubby sounds just like mine! Are we blessed or what?

Saw one of your comments an another blog, and just had to click on "Grammy Goo" to see what that was all about...

Hi Deborah Ann,
Thanks for stopping by. I'm not sure I ever shared how I was named "Grammy-Goo".So here it is.

When our oldest Grand-daughter was born and she began talking she rhymed everyone's name on the end with "OO"
Mommy was Mommy-Moo
Daddy was Daddy-Doo
Papa was Papa-Poo
And I was Grammy-Goo. I guess her sister just heard her saying it and figured that is what grams name is lol.

Our littlest Grand is just over 1 now and is not calling me anything yet.

Thanks for stopping by.... I will check out the humor on your blog just as soon as I can it looks terrific!
Blessings, GG
