So many people have recently spoken about being unsettled, anxious, having feelings of restlessness. I have experienced this myself on numerous occasions, and most of the time my relief comes from abiding in the presence of God .
Often times when we have these "stress" , "anxious", "panicky" episodes we may find it difficult to read God's word or to come into his presence in prayer. Sometimes there may be a "feeling" of heaviness /sadness/hopelessness. It is not
uncommon to have these thoughts or feelings. And you are not alone. It is not
uncommon! But God's gives us promises ........
