This was my view....Back to my summer retreat at camp. We lost a whole month due to the hard winter in New England.
Everyone is slowly making their way back. Some of the "Florida" folks are returning.
It's nice to see my neighbor's again.
It's quiet in camp, early in the season. We woke to the sound of birds and insects.
Lovely, peaceful......all the spring flowers we planted before we left in the fall are blooming.
I am thankful and filled with gratitude to the Lord for allowing me to come back to camp for another season of great Fellowship, Family and Friends.

Mel ~ Sooooo peaceful. Jonathan was in the city doing a roof this morning and he called me and all I could here was the background traffic and sirens..... Watching all the "green" come out on the trees.

Kristi~ Thanks....Yep we stay for the whole summer for the most part we may spend a day here or there in the city but for the most part we are here for the whole season. Which I love . I am in training for my grand homestead lol.

Noreen ~ I love it here, it is so easy to pray here. One of my favorite spots is in the campfire area. It is a horse-shoe shaped area dug into the side of the hill on our lot. It is still chilly in the evening and in the early morning. Walking everday like you are got a dr appt with my liver doc the first week in June and I have to get rid of this winter weight.
