To get crafting again......Seems like spring revives me and puts me
into a creative mood. Maybe it is everything waking from winter that
stirs my heart to create something......
Today I spent a large amount of time, preparing an area to use to house
all "My Stuff" .
My husband is determined for me to perhaps open another little shop, only so I do
not have "My Stuff" all around the house.
The kitchen is full of silk flowers and ornate Serving spoons. Grapevine
wreaths and ribbons. Acrylic and oils and slate and brushes. He just smiles
at me.
Then we went to pick -up some more silks from a dear couple who are selling
their historic Bed & Breakfast.
What a visit. Both of us love history and antiques so it was a delightful visit.
Eight thousand square feet of history, lovely things
and more "Stuff" of which my sweet honey purchased a couple of lots
lovely things .....My Valentine's present.
I love Spring, and lovely things and so thankful for a wonderful husband who
lets me keep some "Stuff" .

Ella, I am assuming those are items you bought at that B&B. They are beautiful. Isn't it wonderful what these men of God put up with!

Actually Rose, much of what we bought is still at the B&B. This was just a beautiful picture I found with a clock to represent time.
They were very gracious, moving out of state. And they gave us a wonderful price on tea pots and one of a kind pieces ....Mostly things that I find lovely, not valuable but I enjoy "stuff" like that . These will become gifts throughout the year for the ladies in my family and dear friends. It was fun to actually get out with hubby for a while, and do something we both enjoy.

Since we moved back home to our multi-family , multi-generational living situation , my space is very limited. I think I am going to be one of those ladies that has one of every kind of tea cup and pink or purple hair.

How wonderful for you and Hubby to visit the B&B ~ I think I could have spent many, many hours admiring the antiques. I cannot wait to see the photos of your treasures!

It is snowing this morning and It is coming down rather quickly, I have blood work this mroning and then I would like to get out to the B&B to pick up my treasure weather allowing.
I think Alianna would love Grammy-Goo to have pink hair LOL.
