I am currently saving for the following:
New Luggage for my husband and I.
I am doing a little free-lancing project on Monday.
With the proceeds and my savings , I am going to purchase our luggage.
I went and picked-it all out and it will help me to get my project done knowing I will be rewarded for my efforts with beautiful new luggage.
So high ho, high ho, it's off to work I go 1 day project ...........New luggage for me .

We are saving for new plumbing in our whole house. We live in a mobile home and the plumbing is just getting too old. We'd like all copper, and it will cost something like $6000-7000 to get it done. We've got a lot of saving to do!
We're saving for a family vacation to Disneyland. Can't wait!

Thanks for commenting ladies. Seems like I am always saving for something. I taught the children that and the grands are saver too!
How nice to know that some still understand in order to get something you should save for it instead of going out buying everything you want "on credit". We "save" every year for Christmas, not in those Christmas Clubs, but just put money away every month so that we don't have to go in debt to share some joy.
It is nice not to have to go into debt, as Rose said. We do that too, save and pay in cash--it's just easier on the nerves to do it that way. :)
