God is Faithful

My Mom's cognitive functions have diminshed over the past several months to the point of very few and rare conversations.  Yesterday my Aunt came in to the city to do Mom's hair for her,  and she seemed to enjoy that. 
The Lord has given me strength and assurances my Mom is sealed for "that day"......

She has always been a Godly example and opened her house to many , given to the needs of others first, fed the hungry......  Just a precious saintly Woman of God.

Even though I know without a doubt she has salvation in our Lord Jesus Christ,  today seemed like a difficult visit with her , for me emotionally.

 I re-play conversations we have had, the millions of times she prayed for me and over me, her wise Godly counsel.............they enemy was having a field day with my emotions and I was caving.

 Then out of my Mom's mouth these words of comfort inspired from the Holy Spirit.

Ella, I Love God......................    I looked right into her eyes and saw ....."Mom".....I squeesed her hand tightly and said " And, He love you too Mom"......   Those four seemingly little words were a whole conversation to me today.    I thank you Lord Jesus for your love for my Mom and for me......
